Body Workshops are about exercises that not only strengthen us but keep our bodies pliable to enhance optimal range of motion.
Stretch/Meditation are a combination of relaxing body stretches and guided meditation.
Food Kitchen Workshops are a combination of food therapy and kitchen demonstrations. We explore the importance of nutritional awareness centering on why, when, what and where we eat. We offer food ideas and samples that focus on enhancing and strengthening the immune system.
Our day retreats can accommodate groups of 6 and more, your stay includes ground access, labyrinth path, hammock areas, nature walks, meditation/stretch session and options of lunch and refreshments. We also offer nurturing and healing massage and sauna treatments.
